Before invade the favorite meal, eat a full bowl of soup or a fresh salad and then move on to the main course. An appetizer will saturate and it is well proven and will consume at least a third less food.

Food that we love most is full with empty calories. The main culprits are bread, sweets and drinks that contain a higher amount of sugar. But that does not mean you have to discard all three of them, but to choose just one. So if reaching for a slice of bread, skip dessert and drink water.

The worst thing you can do is to skip meals. Only then you will feel a strong hunger and need for food that will make you overdo it with food during the next meal.
