What do you need?
onions and garlic – have strong anti-cancer properties and prevent respiratory infections
turmeric – which is packed with vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fatty acids
400 grams of onion and a clove of garlic
1 liter of water
400 grams of sugar
2 tsp turmeric
a piece of ginger the size of a thumb (grated)
Put the sugar in the water to heat it. Add the onion cut into chunks and the ginger. When water boils, add the turmeric, reduce the heat and let it cook some more. When the mixture is halved, drain the fluid from it and then place in a glass jar or pitcher. Let cool to room temperature, and then place in the refrigerator.
How to consume?
Take the two small spoons every morning on an empty stomach two hours after dinner.
