In order to help of their employees to stay fit and healthy, General Motors came to one interesting idea or better said 7 – day diet plan. Namely, this regime supposedly does wonders.
The best part about the diet is that you can repeat it, until you get the desired results.
Below you can check the layout of the diet.
Day 1: Fruits
During the first day you should consume only fruits. To be more precise, you can eat as much as you want. For those people who want to consume some sweets, it is recommended to eat some watermelon, peaches or strawberries. Notorious banana is the only fruit that should be excluded.
Day 2: Vegetables
On the second day, you will eat vegetables. Same as the first day, you can eat as much as you want. Also, you can consume the vegetables raw or cooked. Still, keep in mind to exclude oil from cooking.
Day 3: Fruits and vegetables
For the day 3 you should combine fruits and vegetables. You can consume any fruit or vegetable except bananas and potatoes.
Day 4: Banana and milk
This probably will surprise you: during this day you are supposed to eat banana and milk. During day 4, you are should eat at least 8 bananas and drink 4 glasses of milk.
Day 5: Rice and tomatoes
Only rice and tomatoes are allowed for day 5. You should eat one bowl of rice for lunch and 8 tomatoes for the entire day. As you are going to eat lot tomatoes, there will be increased uric acid production so keep in mind to drink more water.
Day 6: Rice and vegetables
This day is very similar to day 2. The bonus is that you need to eat rice for lunch. Except rice for lunch, you can eat vegetables for the rest of the day.
Day 7: The grand finale
For the last day of the regime you should eat: 1 cup of rice for lunch and vegetables for the rest of the day. Also, if you want, you can include fruit juice as that will help you to flush out the toxins from your body.
Note: During this week, it is recommended to drink water. In other words, you are supposed to drink at least 12 glasses daily.
