Weekly menu:

 

Monday

For breakfast take one orange, two pieces of toast and sugar-free coffee or tea. For lunch take one orange, one boiled egg and yogurt. For dinner take two tomatoes and 2dl of tomato puree, two boiled eggs, one small head of green salad and you may also take two biscuits if you like to.

 

Tuesday

For breakfast take one orange, two pieces of toast and sugar-free coffee or tea. For lunch take one orange, one egg, one yogurt and two biscuits. For dinner take 125 gr. ground beef, one tomato, one toast, and one cup of either coffee or tea.

Wednesday

Take one orange for breakfast, two pieces of toast and sugar-free coffee or tea. For lunch take one orange, one boiled egg, one yogurt and one small head of lettuce. For dinner take 125 gr. of minced beef, one orange, one toast and one cup of coffee or tea.

 

Thursday

For breakfast take one orange, two slices of toast and sugar-free coffee or tea. For lunch take 125 gr. light cow milk cheese, for example mozzarella, one tomato and 1 slice of toast. For dinner take 125 gr. ground beef, two tomatoes, one apple and one slice of toast.

 

Friday

Take one orange for breakfast, two slices of toast and one cup of sugar-free coffee or tea. For lunch take 200 gr. cooked meat, it can also be fish, and one slice of toast. For dinner take 500 gr. cooked vegetables, one egg and one tomato.

 

Note: In any of these days you can eat pears, peaches, watermelons, melons instead of oranges. However you should not eat bananas.

 

For the weekend eat what you would normally eat. When you achieve your goal weight, maintain it by eating the following only on Mondays:

 

For breakfast drink some lemonade without adding sugar. For lunch take one boiled egg, one slice of toast and one tomato. For dinner take one slice of toast and one tomato.

 

Additional advice:

You may use Vegeta (a mixture of spices) to spice up your meals. Avoid drinking alcohol at all cost. The order of the meals is strict so stick to it. You can use up to 5 kilograms in the first week, so after 5 days take a two-day break and eat normally. Take three of these breaks in 15 days. This diet should last 15 days during which you should lose 15 kilograms.
