These exercises can help you prevent pain, improve your balance and strengthen your feet.
This exercise is for warming up your feet. All you need to do is stand straight, concentrate your weight on your toes and bend your knees slightly. Count to three and then release slowly. Do 10 repetitions 3 times every day.
This exercise is for getting stronger toes and calves. Stand on your tiptoes and walk for about 20 seconds and then rest 15 seconds. Do 5 repetitions.
It is very important to have flexible ankles. This is why this exercise is necessary.
Lie down on the floor and lift one leg above your head. Rotate the ankle in a clockwise direction 10 times and then counterclockwise 10 times. Do the same with the other leg.
This exercise targets the small muscles in your feet that are responsible for good balance. With strengthening these muscles you can prevent injuries.
This exercise requires exercise band. Sit on the floor with your legs straight. Wrap the exercise band around a chair or a post and place it on top of your feet. Slide back as much as you can to stretch the band. Now, flex your foot backwards and count to 5 then release slowly. Do this 10 times.

This is a very simple exercise that offers a lot of benefits. Place a pencil on the floor and use your toes to grab it and lift it from the ground. Hold for about 10 sec then release. Do this 5 times with each foot.
