If you have been smoking for a long period of time it is very likely that you have a certain type of bronchitis that can by identified by the cough.

The best you could possibly do it would be to quit smoking, but that’s not an easy thing to do. What you can do is add this mixture into your everyday diet. You will need garlic and onion which are known for it’s cancer preventing properties and for preventing different kinds of respiratory infections. You will need some ginger spice, which has all kinds of health benefits.

The last ingredient is curcumin spice, which contains a lot of vitamins and minerals and omega 3 fatty acids.

Ingredients:

-400 grams of garlic.

-1 liter of water.

-400 grams of brown sugar.

-2 spoons of curcumin spice.

-one small peeled ginger root.

Put the brown sugar in the water and let it boil . Chop the garlic into small pieces and mince the ginger root and add it into the pot. Add the curcumin spice and when the mixture starts to boil lower the temperature. Boil the mixture till it gets  half the starting size, then wait till it gets completely cold and put it in a glass jar, and keep it in the fridge.

Take 2 spoons in the morning on an empty stomach, and two spoons in the evening after dinner.
