How to ease knee pain!

Knee pain can be caused by a sudden injury, an overuse injury, or by an underlying condition, such as arthritis. Treatment will vary depending on the cause. Symptoms of knee injury can include pain, swelling, and stiffness. In this article you will find some home made remedies to help you relieve knee pain.

-Turmeric paste.
Take one teaspoon of turmeric powder one spoon of sugar or honey, one pinch of lime. Then add some water and make a paste. Before going to sleep apply this paste on your knee and tie a crack bandage or some old piece of cloth. Leave this overnight and wash it in morning with normal water. After regularly using this paste for 2 weeks you will feel the relief in your knee.



-Green tea
Green tea is known to contain epigallocatechin-3-gallate which works on decreasing the inflammation and joint damage to the body. Incorporate this into your daily routine and you should notice the difference in the pain level.


Like green tea, ginger is known to act as an anti-inflammatory agent in the body. There are many ways you can incorporate ginger into your foods, including taking supplements, cooking with it, and using it to make ginger tea.


-Aloe vera
Not many people may know this, but aloe vera is more than just a plant. It can be used to detox and helps with inflammation due to the multiple substances that cater to increasing joint flexibility. Try cutting the aloe vera leaves open, grind the gel inside it and put this on the affected knee while sleeping. You may be able to see great improvements within the next few days.


But in order to prevent knee injuries and pain you can also try some of these tips below.


Exercise the joints to strengthen the muscles supporting the joints. This will help in the process of pain alleviation. Stronger muscles mean stronger joints. Some of the most common exercises you can do are swimming, biking or rowing. These are useful for your health without straining your knees.
Lose that excess weight. Join a gym; prevent your knees from crashing under your excess weight.
