Dried figs and apple cider vinegar for lowering your triglycerides and losing weight!

If you have high levels of triglycerides this is the right remedy for you, it’s a natural homemade remedy and people have been using it for many years now. But this amazing mixture also helps you drop the few extra pounds!





To prepare one dose of the mixture you will need three dried figs and 2 ounces of apple cider vinegar.



-Take a toothpick and poke holes from every side on the figs.


-Put the apple cider vinegar in a glass.


-Drop the dried figs in the glass with vinegar and leave it like that for a night.


The next morning you eat all three of the dried figs. Do not throw away the rest of the apple cider vinegar, just put three more dried figs for the next day and repeat. You can use that same vinegar for 7 days, and on the eighth day change it and repeat the process.
