How to prepare it:
In a small squeeze bottle add 1 part of baking soda and 3 parts of water and mix it well. So let’s if you have shoulder length hair you should mix 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda with 3 times that amount of water, so basically the ratio should be 1:3 baking soda to water and adjust the amount of baking soda according to your hair length.
How to use it:
You can apply the shampoo on both wet and dry hair, but always start at the roots and working your way down to the ends. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes and then rinse it off. You will need some time to adjust to rinse your hair without any foam but after a few washes you will get used to it.
Next step is to rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar. Mix it in ratio 1:4 (vinegar to water). Add some drops of your favorite essential oil to get rid of the smell of vinegar if you don’t like it. Rinse carefully so you don’t get any vinegar in your eyes.
After a few treatments you will start to notice the difference and your hair will become strong and beautiful!
